The Pines is an existing retirement home in Grand Cayman, the owners were looking into a new construction building for expansion and this design came into play.

A Low-rise building with (3) three stories, 12 apartment units, and 15,000 SQFT, a caribbean design aesthetic in place and well-thought unit layouts for our senior users.

The work with this project was mainly with drawings, planning design, and unit layout in collaboration with the principal of a renowned architecture office in the Cayman Islands.
